1. Design and Artwork
1.1 What kind of logo files are accepted for uploading?
Accepted file types are EPS, AI, SVG, PDF, TIFF, JPG or PNG. Logos are best submiNed as vector based files i.e. EPS, AI, SVG or PDF. This will ensure your lines and text are sharp. If you upload JPEGs, TIFFs or PNGs, there may be some fuzziness around your logo.
1.2 What kind of image/photo files are accepted?
Photos / images can be supplied in the following formats; JPG, TIFF , PNG, PDF, EPS or AI . If you are uploading photography or non-vector artwork (e.g. JPEGs), please make sure they are no less than 150dpi (ideally at 300dpi). Large, high-quality JPEGs/TIFFs will produce the best results for photography.
1.3 Can I add social media to my selected product?
If you wish to add social media information to your product, please add your social media URLs to the CTA selection on the form.
1.4 Why is there a character limit for copy and headlines?
Kittly’s products have been carefully created to ensure high-quality design. We have therefore set a character limit to make sure all text is legible.

1.6. Problems uploading

1.7. Can I save as I go when I’m uploading content?
Yes, you can save as you go by clicking on the ‘Save & next’ button on each page.
1.8. Can I go back to previous pages and change content I have already uploaded?
Yes you can go back any ]me by clicking the ‘Back’ button up until you have signed off the design proof you receive from us.
1.9. Can I leave the site and come back another day to upload more content?
Yes you can come back to continue your uploading by clicking on previous projects and selecting the one you require.

3. Print
3.1. Do I have to print with Kittly?
We provide a professional prin]ng service, however if you’d like to use your printer or print yourself internally you can do so by selecting ‘I’d like to print myself’ when calculating the price for your chosen product. If you choose to print yourself we will provide you with a print ready PDF as well as a PDF for digital use e.g. emailing.
3.2. Can I choose the paper weight that I want?
The paper weights are pre-selected for you with the weights we feel are best suited to the purpose
3.3. Can I choose the kind of paper finish I want
Most items are offered with a choice of gloss, silk or uncoated. The choices available to you will automatically be displayed in the print selection process
3.4. Can I print whatever quantity I want?
We offer a good range of print options from 50 to 1000.
4. Delivery
4.1. How long does it take for delivery?
Standard delivery is 48 hours turnaround from approval of final proof. Express delivery is 24 hour turnaround from sign off of final proof.
4.2. What method is used for delivery?
Royal Mail for consignments up to 2kgs. Courier for items over 2 kgs.
4.3. What happens if the consignment is damaged on arrival?

5. Payment
5.1. We don’t have or want to use a credit card. How do I pay?
